Cira conducts more assessments than any other Canadian company and can provide you with a predictable volume of examinations and referrals. We will:

schedule the examinations and manage all medical documents,
provide office space to conduct assessments,
provide transcription services regardless of the assessment’s location, and
manage late cancellations and no-shows, which are kept at a minimum, and for which you are still compensated.

More importantly, we act as liaison between you and the examinee, handling their requests while keeping your interests and preferences in mind.

We also have an experienced team of administrative and health professionals to help make your work as streamlined and efficient as possible. We will:

compile easy-to-use digital medical charts and files that are accessible on our groundbreaking online platform,
offer you a state-of-the-art medical chart system with hyperlinks to all medical test results and information to reduce your time and support a quality service,
offer you use of the iAssess Assessor Portal for easy invoicing, online scheduling, file monitoring, updating, and file transmission,
only refer assessments that are within your specialization, and
support the quality assurance processes for final reports including editing services.

In addition, our dedicated Assessor Relations Team is available for consultation at every step of the process.

Should you be asked to present your findings in court or at arbitration, our Trial and Arbitration team will provide any necessary administrative or consultative support and ensure you are paid for time spent on this part of the process.
