Once a service has been requested, we oversee the entire process including coordination with your medical expert. This includes confirming appointments, making travel arrangements, answering questions, quality assurance, and managing all pre- and post-assessment teleconference consultations with your assessor.
We also understand that the quality of your medical expert is your peace of mind. We offer a dedicated and duly qualified Assessor Relations Team which, under the oversight of the Medical Director, coordinates an annual credential review to ensure that all assessors meet or exceed all of the technical and academic specifications required in their fields.
